About the project
This product is intended to aid air travelers during their brief to an extended stay at an unfamiliar airport. Air travelers attempting to make a connecting flight in a prompt manner may find it overwhelming to find the next gate in the short amount of time. This application aims to solve that problem by providing up to the minute gate locations and turn by turn directions to the connecting flight gate. For travelers who will have a much longer stay before making their connecting flight, the application aims to show the travelers locations of comfortable resting areas, device charging locations, locations of restrooms, and places of restaurants. Additionally, the application is to assist travelers who are beginning their travels by notifying them of gate changes and departure times. My Role
For this project I participated in the Affinity Diagram, created the Personas and Journey Map, participated in the Concept Analysis, Requirements, Card Sort, Navigation Map, and created the Wireframes, as well as the final product.Contextual Inquiry
Our team initially interviewed eight individuals who ranged from infrequent to frequent travelers. Based on the information gathered we used Stormboard to organize our observations. We combined related observations into insights than insight clusters.
Models and Requirements
Based on our contextual inquiry results our team created a user personas, user journey map, concept analysis, and requirements.

Concept Analysis & Requirements
Wireframes
Our team used a card sort to identify our applications navigation. From there our team created wireframes.
Usability Testing
Based our wireframes we created a prototype in which we used to test. Based on our test results our team was able to come up with a list of design changes that we could implement for future designs.
